4. Order Acceptance, Modifications & Cancellation
We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, system errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If payment has already been made, any approved refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
5. Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
Shipping availability, fees, and promotions vary by location. Free shipping offers apply only under stated conditions and may be limited to specific areas.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to high order volume, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs issues, or events beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the courier.
6. Risk of Loss & Damaged Items
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery. Any issues such as missing items or visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photos and unboxing evidence. Claims reported beyond this period may not be honored.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligibility - Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
The request is made within 5 days from receipt
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items - The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Installed or used products
Clearance or sale items
Custom, made-to-order, project, bulk, or wholesale orders
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and reject returns that do not meet our conditions.
8. Product Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage - We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Exclusions - The warranty does NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear
Rust, corrosion, or deterioration due to improper care, exposure, or environment
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or negligence
Commercial overuse unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
Warranty Claims
Proof of purchase is required
Photos or videos may be requested for evaluation
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or offer a partial refund at our discretion
Warranty coverage does not include labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs.
9. Bulk, Wholesale & Project Orders
Orders placed for bulk, wholesale, resale, or project use may be subject to separate terms, lead times, and payment conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Bulk and project orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed
Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed
Any special arrangements must be documented in writing.
